Gluten Allergy: Get DiagnosedWhile only about 1% of people are believe to have celiac disease, as much 25% of people are experimenting with gluten free foods to some degree. In many ways, this is a wonderful thing because it encourages people to consider more fresh fruits and vegetables, and unprocessed meats.
