Gluten Free: Brownie Bottoms Recipe

Gluten Free Brownies Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cups packaged brownie mix
  • 1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine melted
Directions
  1. Lightly coat crock pot slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine brownie mix, pudding mix, chocolate chips, eggs and butter in medium bowl: stir until well blended. Spread batter into crock pot slow cooker. Pour boiling sugar mixture over batter. Cover; cook on HIGH 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Turn off crock pot slow cooker and let stand for 30 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream (if desired).

Makes 6 servings.

Tip: For 5, 6 or 7 quart crock pot slow cooker, double all ingredients.
