Gluten Free Recipes for Children

Sometimes young palates are the hardest to please, but we promise your youngsters will enjoy the products at Goodday Gluten Free. Recipes for children will be provided on our site on an ongoing basis, along with all the ingredients you need to whip up a tasty meal, even when time is short.

For a little extra zing in your meat and vegetable dishes use Italian dressing, either as a marinade or in one of your favorite, savory gluten free diet recipes. We love Walden Farms' Italian Dressing - and it's popular with our customers as well. Obviously, it's great on a salad or mixed vegetables, but it also tastes terrific when used to marinate chicken. Just place a pound or so of thawed chicken an about a 1/3 cup of dressing in a freezer bag, seal tightly and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes before grilling. Another easy way to infuse your dinner with flavor is to toss about ¼ cup of your favorite dressing with cubed potatoes, carrots, celery and onions and bake at 375 degrees until tender for a fabulous, rustic, roasted vegetable dish with a tangy twist. (Potatoes go perfectly with Creamy Bacon, Honey Dijon, Bacon Ranch or Italian with Sundried Tomato dressings. For a super-fast stir fry, toss your stir fry veggies with a dash of Asian dressing.)
